Our goal is to write about those who work within the gastronomy business and to tell you why and how these people live their passion. That was the “about” page when I created this blog. Since, lots of things have changed. And the content of this blog followed this evolution. I became the head chef of Cyrano & Roxane, a little French restaurant in Sopot. My work there and outside work doesn’t allow me to write deep articles about gastronomy any more. Meanwhile photography has taken an increasingly important part in my life. So from a gourmet site we get a multi-topic site.
Our permanent staff is composed of:
Yannick Chauvet – French, webmaster, photographer and chef since the 80’s. Specialist in Mediterranean cuisine, strong defender of the Languedoc Roussillon wines and whiskey lover, but above all addicted to chocolate. Worked in England and Ireland for years before settling down permanently in Poland.
Olga Kulczyńska Chauvet – Polish, translator and marketing manager of the blog. Designer of handmade jewelry and fashion items. Makes cakes that her husband doesn’t eat, and liquors he loves.
