Third Edition of the Gault & Millau Polska 2017 Edition. Here are some inside pictures. Our table were only foreigners. It was nice. We were able to talk all together despite our differences. Something that was not possible last year as it was only polish people with me. We had great fun. And when 8 chefs meet, they only talk about gastronomy. And when they are mostly French and Italian? It’s even better!
Organisation was better. Having the award ceremony just before dinner was a better experience imho. It was a big show, all best chefs in Poland with the same classy jacket. I wish that one day they will give a pastry chef of the year award.
